The GPU is performing normally. Possible you're just being bottlenecked by something else in the games you play.

I don't know what exactly is holding you back and it's game dependent. Fwiw warzone is usually cpu bound

Correction, everything is fine, it's just likely that your CPU isn't enough to not hold back your GPU in a CPU bound title like warzone.

But it can also be ram or something completely different, enable something like rivatuner overlay and see what is being used close to 100
