Because one of them is rated in the worse "Avoid" category and the other is in C Tier

#

Oh and there's another one just called Smart that's in the "Replace Immediately" tier, which I think is yours.

So yes, it will physically all plug in. But that PSU seems to be ass, it's also 600W and Zotac recommend 650W for their 3060Ti
