While I turn on a game my GPU just disconnects (at least that's what it says in task manager) and my second monitor just turns off. Any help with that? (I'm on laptop)

#

When I restart my laptop it goes back to normal and when I turn on a game my gpu disappears from task manager and monitor disconnects

Pretty sure you didn't run the executable that the wiki links but instead downloaded my testing files.

#

Am I wrong in my assumption?

I’m not sure if this works for laptops but make sure the monitor is plugged into the gpu and not the motherboard if you can.

# knotty sail Yes, you are unfortunatly

Yeah no you didn't run the executable the wiki links fyi, because yesterday while doing some testing I reproduced it on the executable in the testing directory, not the directory the link says to download from, you manually navigated to a different part of the repo.

Oh yeah? Go f ck yourself Daniel. Your help sucks. And fyi I did run the executable it links on the wiki

No you did not, for multiple reasons:

  1. Version linked in wiki at the time didn't have those contents at the line numbers mentioned
  2. Executable linked wouldn't have had py.exe in the windows bar at the top
