No, windows is corrupt and you'll have to wither go through their repair/recovery or just reinstall windows

I'm not sure on how can u reset ur pc while windows is corrupted but, if you want to keep your stuff on your computer then, go through the repair/recovery process

It happens 9/10 times. At points I can get to desktop and it works fine.
