Can someone help me with really bad fps using GTX 1650?

can someone help me? i have a Ryzen 5 3550H CPU and a GTX 1650 gpu, but i cant even play god of war 2018 on the lowest settings with more than 20 fps + sttutering... I also have all drivers updated and 16 GB Ram ( I have screenshots of the fps and my settings at all)

your cpu is bottlenecking

make sure you're in best performance settings in windows power settings

thats why ure fps is low

gpus is barely doing any work cause its waiting on cpu to send the frames

infact your cpu is running below the 2.1ghz base clock

i alr tried playing on both power settings and even on some custom ones, with everything set to maximum perfomance

try the bios, maybe you enabled some setting that prevents cpu from boosting to high performance

i think it is a driver issue

i have heard that the newer drivers dont work well on older graphics

Gtx1650 isn't old card

It's based on turing just as rtx cards but with no tensor cores

Guys , I bought a gtx 1650 and it arrived yesterday , I installed it , it was perfect in the first few hours , but then , as soon as I entered a heavier game , it started to get a black screen , green screen , etc.. , does anyone know how to solve this ? please I need
