still getting frame freezes, skips, buffering, all this since the last update and its in this update too. I do not understand whats going on.

What gpu do you have?

it could be putting the resolution settings higher than your pc can handle

I have a 3080ti ftw3 evga gpu, so the graphical settings arent a problem
