im getting a lot of framedrops on games, and its not even on ultra

where some people are getting 130fps constant on games, im getting 80 or 90fps

there is one thing... i have a monitor, well its basically a tv screen, which its the one im currently using as a monitor... its 720p and 60hz... and on my pc im scalling it up to 1080p on 60hz as well... could that be the cause of all the troubles im getting right now?

Tbh a 30% drop is likely to be you using higher settings
