Used DDU, Now getting Choppy and stuttering gameplay in Cyber Punk 2077

So I bought a computer from skytech gaming due to the inflated prices of GPUs at the time. They must've undervolted it or something because it kept crashing ||Black screen with loud fan noises|| when I played certain games like Cyber Punk 2077, it would just crash at very specific scenes.

I ended up investigating the problem and benchmarked it a few times, and soon discovered it was most definitely a GPU issue. I was getting desperate so I used DDU and cleaned out the Nvidia properties and settings, and now all my games run like 💩 but thankfully don't crash. Not sure what to do. First is to call Sky Tech Gaming support and see what I can do to fix the changes. If you guys got any advice I'd greatly appreciate it!

Did you run DDU in safe mode?

Did you run DDU after you "cleaned out the Nvidia properties and settings"?

no I used DDU to clean the settings

Ok, I would recommend playing game for longer periods without changing any settings, then see if the stuttering continues.
