While Im playing videogames there is one of the fans that is not working, even if I put the max speed at msi afterburner. Sometimes, the fan that doesnt work, made a try to work, but nothing happens. I can put a video. I tried to push a little bit the fan, and it works, but after restarting the pc, the problem continues. I would like to know the problem before return the gpu to repair it. Thanks. :)

You can try to see whether you can individually control the specific fan
I think GPU tweak III support multi fan control but not sure if it works with GB?

i tried it, i put botth of the fans at 100% of speed, but the problem continues. And the program detects that the fan is not working, look:

It's going to be a faulty fan, either the bearing on the fan itself, or the sensor, or the motors connection to the board. If you have warranty RMA it, otherwise you'll have to take the card apart to try fix it.
