Mouse cursor not moving when I open in-game overlay

When I press my hotkey to go into the in-game overlay or filters, my mouse cursor doesn't move so I can do anything. How do I fix this?

Try toggling between borderless windows, fullscreen and windowed

it happens for me aswell in dbd and apex and fall guys. i think its happening because of games that support game filtering but i could be wrong

i found a workaround. if you have dbd open or any other game open, open discord and make sure its overlaying dbd, then alt z to open your overlay and you should be able to use it
