I've ran sudo showkey in the terminal and I can see linux detects that I am pressing the windows key

i think you have to do meta (windows key) + f1

I've changed it but it still isn't opening even if I press meta + f1

Every time I've tried manjaro it always has some issue and it changes every time it's reinstalled

It's a well known unstable distro

Lol even arch is more stable than wanjaro

The issue was fixed on arch already

So move to arch

You can use EndeavourOS or vanilla arch

EndeavourOS is Manjaro done the right way

Used to daily drive it until i moved to Arch

EndeavourOS has KDE plasma and since it's 98% arch and follows arch repos you will get the latest KDE plasma and bug fixes, not like memejaro

The installer is the same as memejaro but with perks

So I started using Evdeavour os, rebooted a couple of times and it’s having the same issue

that's weird. the bug was fixed long time ago. I even installed endeavour myself and no bug.

I personally recommend Fedora for ease of use. But either way. Mapping the start button to alt-f1 should fix it on any distro/installation

Fedora sounds like a good idea, but I wouldn't recommend arch.
Ever tired Void though? You might like it.
