so like I tested Afghan in the beta patch, and they still haven't fixed the fascist path for them? The focus "Secure Army Support" is suppose to give you more divisions when the civil war starts and I've tested on live and on beta and you still get zero divisions from the focus.

matter of fact I started with zero divisions if you don't do the other focus for the civil war LOL

i'm pretty sure it's suppose to give you 5 divisions because normally for the Communist path and the Democratic path you get 10 divisions at civil war start. The Fascist path is the only path where you get 5 divisions. and you're expected to fight in the absolute worst position lmao

Theres a few guys that were also military leaders but they didnt add em as generals for some reason

Not sure if this would work or not, but you used to be able to cheese some civil wars by deleting all your divisions (meaning the other side wouldn't have any either), then just training some and early deploying after the war breaks out or having a singular cavalry division (which means it doesn't get split between you and your enemy). Only works if the civil war doesn't auto spawn in divisions for the opposing side though.
