You misunderstand something. The empire is with Willhem, but the flag is wrong. The one in the picture below is the ‘Reichskriegflagge’ and not the ‘Reichsflagge’ (national flag).

All HOI4 nations are unique with a 3 letter ID. UK is ENG, USSR is SOV, and USA is USA. Now this DLC is adding many unique countries with their own ID’s. So even if similar or nearly identical countries exist, it isn’t the exact same ones as those being added.

It’s not a cosmetic tag but rather a 3 letter tag for commands and scripting

2. there should be a separate rk siberia, maybe even east and west siberia rks as well as rhe pisibility to give japan vladivostok and maye kamchatka
3. finnish claims should not be required for rk moskow
4. We need rk nordland/scandinavia
5. Rk balkan should not include hungary, sovakia and posibil greece (it should be yugoslavia, bungaria and romania)
6. Rk arabia should definitely not include iran nor turkey, just because iran and turkey are muslim coutnries doesn't mean that they are arab, other than the davt thag they are muslim they have nothing in common, in fact iran isn't even sunni muslim
