Maybe, idk how our politics were like almost a century ago but today theres barely liberal republicans and conservative democrats, conservative democrats are shunned out of their party until theyre not democrat anymore and then liveral republicans are referes to as rino’s because no one actually sees them as true republicans(rino means republican in name only)
