it's super minor all things considered, but once you see it, you can't un-see it

That's kind of the point of an atomic bomb rework though, finish the war, one nuke and the city is gone, the people would not want to keep fighting fearing that would happen to them as well, maybe a second or a third one for the biggest countries, you wouldn't need to nuke the living hell out of everyone but Japan anymore, ultimately putting an end to the game and the start of the Cold War
That would also lead to not everyone having nukes, because it doesn't make much sense for Nepal to have nukes because they saved up a bit of space in their country for one, the race for them being vital for the mayor nations that can support the economy for a bomb or face annihilation
