Hoi 4 Historical rules

Equipment:

no sub 3 s
-no strat bombers

Spies:

no collaboration governments
no propaganda
no ideology boosting

Volunteers to China or Spain:

no tanks (any kind of tanks are forbidden, converting to tanks also)
if there is a spain player he has to go the nationalist franco path
player, who are not in a faction together, are allowed to Lend-Lease a maximum of 2k equipment per month (rule is not for oil)
player, who are in a faction together are allowed to LL as much as they want to each other
player are not allowed to LL to AI Countries, except they are in a faction together

Allies:

no inviting Portugal
no inviting Turkey
the usa can't join the allies before June 1941 (unless the Axis takes a port in GB)

Axis:

italy gets yugo and greece before the war
germanys earliest date to declare on the ussr is June 1941
rhineland can't be denied by the allies
romania has to cede northern Transylvania

Comintern:

ussr has to release finland and is only allowed to take Karelia and Savo

General:

no pausing unless requested
regular speed is 4, while ww2 and speed is 3, if there a small war (Ethiopia, Finland, etc.) the player (italy, soviet union, etc.) has to be asked what speed he prefers RULESET for HMM Game

nick ger terrible host, exploited like 3 rules. 2. Not allowed to give away land prior to a war. (Generally don’t cheese this) 3. Not allowed to give away land for free. 4. Players may not declare war on each other for the sake of protecting each other in a phony war for getting a “dog pile rule shield”. On top of that Germany annexed and puppeted France so he could be in faction after USA justified like 20 days before.
