Wars/Justifications

  1. No world wars Until 1940 (two majors vs two majors at war with each other)
  2. Can not go to war with another players minor nation untill 1938 Major 1939
  3. Focus wars on AI allowed at anytime
  4. Can justify on AI at 1937
  5. Italy can justify on Yugo anytime
  6. Germany CAN NOT attack the Soviet Union untill 1941 (1942 if they dont go with stalin)
  7. China/commie china can justify at anytime
  8. no dog pilling, No declaring on another major that is at war with another major until 200 days have passed
  9. No boosting world tension
    10.if a player justifies on you you can not join a faction

-Faction rules-
1.fascist and communist nations can only have two fascist/communist Majors in there faction Non-Alligned can have 3 majors
2.The faction limit for any faction is three major countries and four minor countries
3.Supermajors can not be in the same faction unless Russia goes tsarist or germany is commie (commie=weak)
4.No shadow factions (USSR in allies chat is allowed)
5.Factions can only have one ideology(non aligned can join any ideology)
