what if they add theater leaders, basically commanders that give bonuses to theaters and mostly on terrain and region
but these leaders can suggest frontline plans, and if you accept this randomized plan with automatically make front lines, battle plans/ blitz tatics, kinda like a general coming to your office and suggesting a plan. youll have the opertunity to edit the plan or denie it making the defult plan. but these "planned" tactics will give buffs to terrain or max planning buff

Supply hubs take too long to make to impact a war imho, if i cant build a naval base 'cause its inland i just try to stack as many bonuses for the operation (railway guns, CAS, cipher, etc) then send it
