I always find it takes like a million years to make a few divs at once

I usually do 30 on Mech. Inf. and 30 on Med. Tanks (Mils)

If you have aats then use a production mio and design mio for tanks

and for mechs, you can use 100 xp to make them half cost

#

so for example, ussr should use okmo for design and mystichy for production (get cutting corners for your design mio before using production mio), and germany should use henschel for design and benz for production (although with skoda it might change)

also your industry tech is important

#

once you have 4 research slots, two of them should be on production and concentrated tech and prioritize research buffs for them
