lets say you have an infantry dominant army. you know you will need a lot of guns. same goes for tanks if you have a panzer dominant army, or trucks etc. so you put more military factories on equipment you need

Albania has no unique content, a tiny population compared with it's neighbours and is expected to not exist or become a vassal very early in the game. It doesn't care about what it was like after occupation

Oh dang, I was thinking it would be quite powerful after it becomes independent from nazi Germany as we had like 800 tanks and thousents of armored vehicles and 750k bunkers and around 80k active personnel and 1m reserve but I guess the game doesn’t account that
