when you start, place civ factories and dont declare war yet

civ factories help construction speed

more civ factories = fast construction

in early game research mostly industrial things

dont start working on military until around 1939 because theres no wars that are major until around 1939

for your divisions you want ones where it has high breakthrough and high soft attack but not a high production cost

when making a division try to focus on keeping hp high along with the breakthrough and soft attack but make sure the production cost isn't to much

a high production cost is around 10-20k+ i'd say

well first of all, the manpower situation can be fixed by uping the conscription laws

when you want more manpower click on your countries flag and then go to conscription laws its the one with the soldiers

it costs political power to do so, plus you need to have enough war support to do so.

when you are creating things and then see a icon at the top showing like metal and stuff

you are going to need to press on that and then click on the button above the mieral that you have negative numbers in

yeah i usually see that i am lacking in rubber and it takes a week to produce something like trucks

when you are importing resources it is important to consider that each resource costs a civ factory to get.

like if you need 8 rubber that will cost 1 civ factory

and if you have negative numbers that just slows production but it you have to many negative than it wont produce at all

and do understand that some country imports require convoys, and if you at war and they have a navy they can destroy those convoys

so you should try to focus on importing from countries that dont need convoys

Rule of thumb is 3.5 years before the war, begin building mils.

For army if you can't volunteer/early war then only thing you can do is get an army advisor to get land xp and get subdoctrines, after which you can train units to get mastery
