A new doctrine system where each type of unit has its own doctrine section, and you level them up through mastery instead of xp
New officer spirits
CAS damage can only be mitigated with 55 air attack
Forest/Jungle special forces exist now
Naval supremacy is built over a period of ~40 days with patrol instead of instantly with strike force
The number of naval invasion orders you have is now limited and now take a fixed amount of days (so if you add or subtract units the timer won't change)
Paradrops also take 7 days now

3. Actually using them

So in the bottom right corner there's the map modes

You see ur ships

Click on that and assign them to a army the same way you would with troops
