Not in 1936 you shouldn't. You have way too much other stuff to focus on at that point and too few research slots to do it. As Germany, Strat bombers will only become useful if you conquer Europe and are looking for a way to hit the United States to soften them up for an invasion.

This makes you reasonably safe from naval invasions (I.E no D-Day while you are busy making hay in Russia.) After sealioning UK and capitulating the western Allies, Invade the USSR. If you manage to conquer western Europe and the USSR, then you can start worrying about strat bombers

Basically just spam 6w infantry without support companies. Quantity over Quality. Max production of basic infantry equipment as much as you can. you shouldn't be producing planes, trucks, arty, or support equipment. Just guns. You have all the manpower in the world as China. You lack the industry to equip all those men. You want to equip as many of them as possible with something even if that something is an antiquated rifle.

Your objective as China should be as Livadeia said, hold your coast as best you can. One of Japan's main advantages is naval power - they'll try to naval invade your long coast. If you can hold the coast thats a big if it will be much harder for Japan to cap you, as they will have to push from the north

Basically though as I said, just equip as much of your pop with some sort of weapon as possible, even if its a crappy one. Fight a war of attrition and grind Japan as much as possible. You can take casualties for days. They can't.
