the issue isn't swiss ai
the issue is you

you're attacking a mountain, patrially accross a river, during winter, into entrenched fully equipped enemy divisions
all that with crappy divisions which I'm guessing are using the default template, have no equipment or manpower in them, aren't adapted to terrain (you're even using useless cav divs) and keep smashing your head into the wall by the looks of the battleplan order

oh and your airforce is useless since you don't have any fuel

1 - that doesn't work if your divs don't have equipment since they don't inflict damage
2 - you need to be able to prevent enemy from reinforcing which you clearly aren't able to
3 - if that doesn't work in a month, it certainly won't work in 8
4 - you can clearly see that enemy's still at full org
5 - no arty isn't good, support arty is, but it doesn't matter since your divs aren't equipped and it's not enough on itself. Base template is still ass
