You're producing guns 1 with an enormous surplus, I'm sure you can spare 2 factories, one for support eq and 1 for AA

Also, some companies you just can't play without. AA is absolutely essential in almost all circumstances. I pierces tanks armor and partially prevents death by CAS
Hospital is good because it increases your HP so you take less losses and you also lose less manpower due to trickleback which is essential when playing with limited manpower
support arty is a musthave in singleplayer because you need some stats to hold and 1mil on arty can produce enough for 100+ divs with support arty
finally, guns 1 give little stats, if you really want to use only guns, at least rush the guns 2 (1940) tech so that you have a bare minimum of soft atk to hold

produce support eq and trucks for hospital to save up on manpower or buy them from the market if needs be

honestly, I'd say ditch the engineers asap it cost too much for early war. Try to add support AA or spam planes out asap (good enough planes, not shitty pre-made ones)
all motorized MUST be converted into inf
mountaineers are alright
Cav and any crap div must be converted into shitter holders for maginot (you'll need about 6 of them on strasburg-mulhouse) or deleted
the tank divs are to be the one with motorised in them or deleted

you want a shitload of inf, but equipped inf or it won't push at all (no stats)
you want to fill out the combat width while the enemy doesn't
you can't invest into tanks this early, especially since they'll be ass anyway
the motorized you get from the divs will allow you to not have to produce any for a long time

also, build mils since day1
