Well first you need transport planes
I belive 1 division needs 50 planes. So for like 6 paratroopers, you would need 300 transports

Then you need green air in every zone the transport planes pass trough, including the take off zone

Put the transports at a desired airbase, then tell your paratroopers to stand at that tile where the base is

create a paradrop order (parachute icon)

And thats it

For paratroopers, have green air in France, English channel and Southern England. And of course enough transports so you can bumrush their port with as many paratroopers as possible, and also force attack with paratroopers.

Then take the tiles around the port and at the same time rush your army across the channel into the taken port

To transport troops over water, make sure all the armies you plan to send to the UK are in a tile with a port, select the divisions and right click on the port you captured

Normally, you choose the main doctrine and the subdoctrines, once u get one subdoctrine u need to get army xp to improve the stats of mastery
