What's good :

• Combat width
• Breakthrough (350-400 base is enough in singleplayer)
• using medium tanks
• engineers company

What's bad

• Motorised recon is garbage, don't use it

• Motorised is useless too, it's expensive inf and only useful for funny speed meme. Replace it with cavalry until you get mech to replace it, you'll be capped at 6.4km/h which doesn't matter because your div is already limited to 6.3km/h

• ALWAYS use medium flame tanks. There absolutely no reason not to do so. more buffs is more buffs and 1ic in difference isn't a reason to pass on it

• You're lacking vital support AA company

• line arty is ass, don't use it. especially not in a tank div

• support arty is a waste of a company slot

• logi can be useful but not much in singleplayer

• this div has very low stat, change your design

• Your support company should contain : Support AA (if no line AA/SPAA in the div), hospital, engineers (or upgraded version), medium flame tank and either recon rangers or light tank recon

• Your div must be between 35-36 combat width

• you should use SPGs with the new doctrines, they're more powerful than ever, just make sure in their tank design that they have at least 30 base breakthrough

you just need enough to not get critted by AI
most AI divs will have 100-150 sa and little to no hard attack, meaning in most combat where you have 2 divs, accounting for modifiers you'll have about 500-600 breakthrough which is enough to never get critted

Piercing isn't required as AI tanks are abysmal dogshit that can be pierced by 1936 support AA company until 1942-3

Hard attack is also useless in singleplayer as AI doesn't know how to build a lot of tanks, and when they do they're, you guessed it, abysmal dogshit with a hardness stat never exceeding 45% until 1947ish (when they spam mechanized modern tanks with no stats but armor and hardness), making soft attack the only stat you need
