Every starting democratic country gets a shared LON focus tree which helps establish LON power which dictates how much the LON can do. If it drops to 0 you get the end of the league of nations event. Economy system so consumer goods has a use. Using consumer goods where civilian factories would be given away. (Each consumer good sold takes a consumer good off someone elses factory)
