Okay for both you wanna start with develop modern maneuver warfare then make 2 templates for divisions, 1 that has a single infantry battalions then one that has a single artillery battalion then you make as many of the infantry ones as you can and after you have 203 training you delete the entire army then you rally the wehrmacht and 5 days before it finishes you wanna deploy the infantry and swap them to the template with the single artillery battalion then when the civil war starts you change the troops you got back to the 2 width infantry battalion put them under 4 army's and give them a army group and then make a battle plan and let them go
