if you don't go grand battleplan and pick tip of the spear/do the marine branch getting above 15 naval capacity seems to be immpossible

and the AI stacking 500 divs in lategame in Japan is not fun

Maybe, I think it also depends on how many Cores HOI4 uses, for example the big issue with MC is that it primarily uses 1 core for chunks and stuff when it would be better to use multiple threads
