np, for next time, sometimes when creating new orders some divisions may not actually be assigned, so red arrow just means you need to assign them, if it's yellow arrow it can either be no valid path to the plan, or bad logistics. A yellow exclamation mark issue can be a bit trickier sometimes
but all in all, Paradox tooltips are actually quite good, so if you just hover over an icon you don't understand, usually you'll get some information. I'm pretty sure you'd get "division not assigned" if you hover over the red exclamation mark
You can also get keyboard shortcuts through tooltips on the general order bar and other icons
