Today I learned there is 1 country that can core the entire world in HOI4 (not Spain, since they cannot core certain islands and impassible areas). Turns out it's Slovakia. Extremely sloppy legacy code from paradox means that any state Slovakia happens to control when Germany annexes Czechoslovakia will be cored by Slovakia.

coring the entire world in practice is almost impossible, since you need to do it before Germany does the focus in 1938. Germany itself can only be cored in extremely specific conditions. but it's still possible. sejozwak did a video of him coring half the world using this method. Just declare war on france, get a ton of minor countries to join the french alliance, and then just drop paratroopers on france which instantly capitulates them and the entire alliance.
