@unique crag personally what I would want is paradox gives all capital cities a tag "original capital city" if you take that city in the sense that it was your troops that did over 50% of the damage done to the units in the tile during the last time that tile exchanged hands. not who controls it or who got there first. who did the most damage in the battle. gets idk 5% more warscore or something
and then
every city will start as a "original large city" and "original small city" giving 3% and 0.25% respectively

I just wait till 80% of the french leave france for the eastern front and then proceed to cut poland off supply and take france so that all british, french and allied divisions on the eastern front are stuck with no supply. I then go into stalemate there and let the soviets fight them like some idiots both are and proceed with taking britain through paratroopers. Ill send rommel to do the africa thing together with Balck who i got desert fox in libya while fighting the italians and that should be it. Maybe ill take spain and portugal to establish some reichskommissariate and im good to go. The allies are at war with everyone and everyone is at war with each other so it shouldnt be too much of a problem for me to abuse that.
