I have just discovered that if you put airborne armour in a parachute division and make sure the tank design is well armoured you can actually make mini space marines against many enemy infantry units without piercing or tanks

Well, not exactly. What is true however that light para is better than normal light tank support company. Since para light gets less of a stat penalty. They only get 0.3 penalty instead of normal which gets 0.7
