Depends. You playing SP? Then it's a no-brainer. For meds, you just slap on the Medium Cannon, two small cannons, and maxed radio.
For meds, you'd want your speed to be atleast 5 km/h, reliability isnt a real trait (unless you're driving your tank through marshes), etc. etc.
