I made a cool motorized division as mexico with man the guns dlc but

the div isn't too good as far as I'm seeing

i am doing mobile warfare doctrine

the division has Support Artillery, Engineer Company and Motorized Recon

For main battalions it has 9 mobilized battalions and 3 mobilized artillery

When I engage in battle, for example against the germans, it just stays on like 83 Or something (green bubble) without changing. As if it's like stalling or something.

What did I do wrong and does anybody know what it is?
