Rant incoming: Is it just me or was the uk tweaked too much with gotterdamerag? I get they are defending the home islands better, and that is a definite positive, but now its begginning to feel like there is only 1 way to play, building a navy doesnt properly work as the uk will often keep their ships in port which still project supremecy, therefore naval bomber build is needed.
Neglecting an airforce means that if you do land on the mainland then you can never win due to their stupid amount of CAS, and also their surrender limit is way too damn high, and I am saying this as a brit, there aint a single soggy chance that we would still be fighting if the entirety of england was occupied only leaving scotland and wales

My issue comes when there are about 120 divisions on the islands, and it is impossible to fight them due to the sheer amount of CAS

My main gripe is that it feels more and more there is 1 'correct' way to play

Generally speaking Motorized Infantry is only worth it in conjunction with fast light tanks.
And many people really dislike Frontartillery. Because it isn't as good as many want to believe it.
If you're rich and can afford many trucks, then go for it. In singleplayer many things work anyway.
