Guys! I've been recently played this game again after 6-7 years of absence and I struggle with war. Trying to do a monarchy ironman run with sweden, getting norwar, denmark, baltics, soviet and then germany. But army composition is a b*** and I'm not quite sure how to do warfare.

Run 1 - didnt integrate norway in time, got steamrolled by Hitler
Run 2 - Focus om baltics and finland, going to war with soviet with hitler. All seemed good. Using kind of meta formations but I could not push soviets line with 3x24 div armies. Sure, I was not following the supply routes and I was more or less at 0 manpower the entire time.

How do you handle your armies? How do you do the composition of divisions in your armies? Do you use like 2 holding armies to hold the line and then a motorized/pansar army for pushing?

Infantry you front line with a battle plan but don’t activate the battle-plan with your offensive Divs you can be lazy as it’s sp and frontline on a small few tiles or you can do area defence with your General on a neutral country and then have a frontline with planning on your field marshall so you get planning but can move your divs anywhere
