ireland would have a lot of content
Mongolia
celtic empire 🤤
Indeed
They could side with Germany, which would cause chaos in the UK
And if I recall, Ireland was having political problems.
or fight alongside uk for northern ireland
little entente rework would be epic too
little entente rework
france czechoslovakia romania yugoslavia
even fits paradoxes 4 nation per dlc policy
Wait, how many counties are getting a fix in the new dlc rn?
We arent fully sure but
for now what has been listed is
Japan Philibeans China Communist China
Unfortunately paradox is likely just to stop there and not touch anything else
No dutch east indies or malaysia focus tree
For now.
If not now when
Maybe the next Pacific one would be Malaysia, Dutch East Indies, New Zealand, and Australia.
It'd be so dumb two split a pacific dlc into 2
but thats such a paradox thing to do
Indeed.
do you like to play poland?
Haven't played Poland yet.
I've been mainly playing mods.
Since that was much of my interest in Hoi4.
Historical poland is a lot more possible than i thought
In my opinion, you get to mobilize a lot because you know what the Germans are gonna do.
Yeah
In real life, Poland wanted to, but France and the UK told them not to, because it may provoke the Germans into declaring war on Poland, violating the alliance treaty or someone sort of reason that will prevent them coming into Poland's aid.
Its a weird deal, I dunno what crazy stuff the allies were trying to pull in the 30's.
Do you think poland could have held off germany if they were allowed to mobilize
and retreated to their defensive plans
the only reason they didnt is so uk and france knew the war started and wouldnt just betray poland
There's a political sim sale starting in two days
Idk if Hoi4 counts as political sim tho
If it doesn't we have to wait for the Autumn Sale
Thank you TheCanadianChicken
😢
I wish frants attaked nartsee germaniy
You're welcome misterhyphen
Stupid frentch peeple
Cause they built maginot
Better to stay behind defensive than to go on offensive and when poland falls germany can attack and deorg you before you can reorganize
is it bannable to have a account that u can't acces anymore in the server?
I mean probably but no way for them to now if your using an alt
cause i lost the gmail of the account and now i can't enter it
I dont believe so
when i play france i always try to attack germany
if it fails i withdraw or hold a defensive position in occupied germany ready to prop up the benelux
Was there ever a time when a country launched nukes all over the world in HOI4
It should be fine
i mean any nation can do that..,?
Yeah but like was there any time where someone had done all that in the history of HOI4 (on every single province of the world)
im unsure who to play
TFR is free 🥀
ah no more supply issues in the amazon
i dont have 10 hours of time to wait for the civil war to start
10 hours?
dawg it's only 20 minutes
perchance
If Soviet's don't join, most likely.
Tbh they only joined after it got THIS BAD
They joined due to a pact, I still highly think that if they joined, they would crumble.
Poland was basically forced to guard all of the border and not at strategic locations
Sure but stalin was quite an opportunist
Also the rivers were drier than usual
Your fighting on two fronts, you need to relocate resources and manpower to both fronts.
And I highly bet ya high command would be panicking.
Poland was going to die because France was going to do nothing
If only france did something
Literally poland could have performed as it did historically and france still could have saved the day
Poland's military was not equipped to deal with the air superiority from the Germans
They kinda did, they pushed a tad bit into Germany, but they retreated.
The biggest thing holding the french army back is that they are french
That is so true.
Poland was a stalling tactic
It didnt have to win conventionally
The polish army however was able to deal with german tanks due to widespread AT rifles
It sponged most the german-soviet army for a month
They even had some tankettes
Im pretty sure the tank cavalry charges are lies and propaganda
Yeah
The plan was for Poland to hold while France pushes, and UK bombed Germany, the Germans would reallocate resources to the French front, then Poland would do a counter attack.
But it was the air and maneuverability that got the Polish
I think if france attacked germany and poland retreated earlier not gettinge encircled they have a good shot
And if I recall, their newer tanks could take out the Panzer 2 and 3, I think.
Maybe we could extend the winter war to make the soviets not attack
They just didn't have enough of them.
I didnt talk about those?
Sweden helps finland perhaps
Winter war happened after Poland fell.
Polish infantry had a lot of AT rifles
Yeah i know but on the topic of tanks
Poland I believed was forced to hold the entire border
Wait why?
The whole border?
To show that they were willing to defend or something

Something the western allies wanted them to do
Interesting vid
Yeah i mean after the war begins
Something like that
Because if not the Germans could do a major cut off, surrounding a lot of their troops.
Yeah, basically if Poland didn't the Germans could move in like Sudetenland and they'd just lose a large chunk of their territory outright
" Oh you retreated from your narrow corridor to not get encircled? No surely this means you willingly ceded this land! We are not helping you "
Yeah
They were attaching through Solvakia.
I bet the allies would think like that lol
People sometimes forget the polish army didnt magically disappear when they surrendered
A lot of them turned into the armia krajowa
^
No, it would be considered a tactical retreat, if I recall.
They helped with D day, Italy, and the Battle of Britain.
I mean within poland
And they cracked the German Ingima
Poland did a lot in exile
Of course you have anders' army recruited from the gulags well known for their africa campaign anf into italy
this is false because your lying
And the division recruited from mostly pilots and other refugees in the uk

I used to read about it a lot
Imagine a ww2 where
poland mobilizes anyway despite french and british pressure
france attacks through the rhineland
poland retreats to the defensive positions whiles not getting encircled
the soviet union is distracted elsewhere longer
Its a dream
I wish it happene
happened
Not particularly i think but thats outside the scope of allowed server discussions
I just realized, Poland was the 4 or 5th strongest country in Europe during that time.
I wonder how fast i could win if i did a mp game as poland and a friend playing as france
Yeah
I hate how polands the butt of the joke
They are very capable
its just they always got dogpiled had poor geography and circumstance
Now Poland is the third strongest military in Nato, and the 23rd strongest in the world.
Wait whos the second strongest
The top 5 militaries in the world btw are like
Actually i got that sentence wrong
Top 5 airforces*
Are like the US airforce, the US navy, russia, the US army
And last was china or the US marines
I forgot
Canada had some of the biggest airforces and navies of the world near the end of ww2
canada is so poorly represented in hoi4 imo
Good for paratroopers.
Just irl the "big militaries" at least in raw size pale compared to the US
I cant remember where i heard it but apparently 1 man was responsible for supplying a japanese soldier but the average american soldier had 13
Yeah
I cant remember where i heard this
Although today that would mean jumping out of a helicopter instead of a cargo plane... most of the time
whos the second strongest in nato?
Yeah their weapons were mostly designed by the same designer
Germany iirc
Lol
Or france
I doubt germany could beat poland in a war nowdays
Germany has gotta be weaker than poland
Turkey
Thats too modern for the scope of this server so i'd recommend you stop talking about it :> before it diverges into modern politics
Yeah fair enough
Fair
The Japanese called the US Marinas the "Gods of death." Or something like that.
Idk im kinda chilling
Ngl the axis really was fighting the world
Makes the allies seem a lot less impressive
The KD rate the army sizes the land mass each side controlled
Japan did really well in the pacific for what they had
What confuses me is how they were stuck in china but managed to throw a load of shit into the pacific? like why not just use that against china knock them out then go for the pacific atleast
The Germans had like a 2-to-1 kd ratio against the Soviets, around half of that in 1941
They used a relatively small portion of their force to conquer Southeast Asia
Mainly due to supply issues
Less than 110,000
Damn
Do you think Japan could have won the pacific?
I dont think so due to us industrial power
No, much of the 1942 victories was due to the disorganization of Allied forces
well their plan was to let the germans 1v1 the ussr, they didnt plan or think of germany actually attacking west as it was deemed impossible/suicidal
If they could have tied up China in a bow
But im wondering if you guys had any what ifs which tilt the favour in japans area
no, this is known
even japan didnt think they could win
I mean lets just say japan takes all of the pacific islands ( unrealistic ) how hard would it be for america to relaunch back
they didnt even think they could afford to fight the US alone much less all the allies
In Malaya for instance the British were never able to form up a proper defensive line and didn't know how to fight in the fluid maneuver battles the Japanese kept creating
Were they hoping for a conditional peace?
their only option was to strike the US in a possible shock to lift the oil embargo
Japanese stated that they wouldn't invade the American homeland because of the belief that everyone owned a gun.
when that didnt work out they had to strike indonesia in order to have fuel
Didnt america guarantee indonesia anyway?
but japan saw all wesytern powers (indonesia, uk, us, france) as one unified force anyway
By contrast the Philippine defenders were able to retreat onto Bataan, but the US fleet that was supposed to arrive got... well, thrashed at Pearl Harbor. Also the Japanese managed to catch the American airforce on the ground
Japan was doomed
Well, why did you think America moved their Pacific fleet to Pearl Harbor.
and their only perceived option was a big strike to lift the embargo
they never planned to win the war outright
it was not deemed as possible since the start
Interesting but what if it made america lift the embargo?
Yeah
then they wouldve backed down and went back into china
Impossible, American lives were lost.
Exactly
What if there was nobody present at the ships?
whos better for the inner circle hess or borman
that was the issue
there werent high enough casualties to bring a big anti war outcry
because they struck during a weekend
iirc
Like American terms were too harsh on Japan, Tojo absolutely refused to compromise on China
Millions of value lost
And then Japan occupied Vichy Indochina
It would still be an act of war
yeah that was intended
I dont get what im doing
Its like no matter where i look
The cracks for a japanese limited victory are patched with an american filling
It was truely just joever for the japanese
America number one.
Spam not skill
well you can say this in hindsight about all of the axis
japan at least was the most realistic
Well the Japanese, like, you know, lost Midway
Japan was more likely doomed than say italy was
I don't think the Japanese navy was fundamentally more skilled than the American one was, they just had an element of surprise
There was a quote "America is 50 tribes in a trench coat that has the military budget to kill God himself."
The land forces on the other hand, yeah there were skill issues there, but those were also woefully underprepared
Its just so unfair
The biggest industry
Massive population
No internal weakness
Political stability
Protected by oceans
Not anymore
everyone has a gun
Well that had to be created over the course of the 1930s
It's like someone used console commands
Roosevelt was almost overthrown by a fascist coup
And the Mafia, along with big business.
If britain kept hold of america would it still become a massive industrial rich hub or would it be butterflied away?
I always wonder this in " what if everything went perfect for britain " scenarios
Yeah
It's funny because the guy they tried to install... well he didn't believe in it at all
So that's how everyone found out, Smedley told them about it
Do you think the soviet union was doomed to collapse?
Yes
I mean everything is long term nothing lasts forever but
i mean in early 90-2010 late
If so why
And i mean from the start
Well, if there was a coup by the military because of what the leader was doing, I would think it would be the end of a country as well.
There are things that could’ve been done to save it
But it needed reform. It’s just the reforms were implemented too fast for the fragile state to handle
Do you think the USSR in WW2 could have taken less casualties or just done better in general?
It's possible if there was the political will to keep the Soviet Union alive, but it seems like fundamentally the republic-level decision makers didn't agree
If Stalin was less Paranoid.
Im not sure what you mean
The soviet union took a shit ton of casualties in world war two
Was this purely from the intensity of fighting? or can some general incompetence and leadership issues be involved in this?
You’d have to go back into history and change a lot of fundamental principles about the Soviet Union
Both
I mean I researched the topic a lot
If I recall, a few Soviet generals were preparing for a German invasion a few weeks before it happened.
Apparently the soviets were getting into offensive positions but cancelled it last second leaving them vunerable ( from callmezekiel)
I think that the USSR wasn't ready to fight the germans and just had to throw bodies at the problem until they could mount a proper counteroffensive
Purges are one thing, the other thing is that Stalin didn't heed warnings about a German invasion
Yeah, but you’d have to change stalins entirely viewpoint of the world
And that seems unlikely to change
Fair
He listened later on
Didnt stalin refuse to prepare just so it wouldnt possibly provoke germany into attacking?
(Kursk)
Question, are the multiplayer games beginner friendly at all? I still suck and was looking to get better by like playing a minor or something
Nope nope nope
Yesnt
Some are some aren’t
Absolutely not friendly
dankus is coming to airstrike your game
and post you on youtube
If I recall, the Soviet's were in the middle of a Military leadership reorganization
Do you think the soviets would have done better if say they did operation groza?
( invaded germany first )
Eh
Would have caught the Germans off guard in the beginning.
But they would probably reorganize fast due to most of them already being in position to invade.
Logistics
If they took initiative perhaps a lot of soviet equipment men tanks and others would be in condition to fight instead of being encircled
Where do you think a stalemate would ensue?
or do you think it just resumes into a normal barbarossa?
I would see a stalemate in the East, while the rest of that fronts close in on Germany.
Do you think the fall of moscow is under acknowledged on its impacts or over acknowledged ?
Well, Soviet's would push in for a bit, but since Germany didn't lose so much like what they did during Operation Barberossa and the following years (Stalingrad)
in alt histories
Yeah
Konigsberg falls ? or
just a bit into poland
Stalin would fight on after the fall of Moscow, but since Moscow is a major train hub, logistics would be messed up.
japan is pretty fun
I meant like pushing through a bit of Romania and wherever the Soviet's have a border on.
Yeah i feel like the impact is in the middle
It does not result in the soviets packing up and going home but at the same time logistics are absolutely screwed allowing many offensives to be taken
By the way do you think if finland joined the siege of leningrad it would have fallen?
Probably, because they would truly be surrounded on all sides.
Stalin had ample unmistakable pieces of evidence that the Germans were going to invade. He had active German deserters telling him, Soviets could see reconnaisance planes flying over their territory, Germany wasn't holding its own end of trade deals while the Soviets were overdelivering, etc etc
Soviet forces should at least have been on alert so that they wouldn't have been taken by surprise by the Germans
how can one meaningfully send any complaint to pdx about historical inaccuracies within the game
it so is, mostly because of the fact that youre juggling multiple mechanics at once
For a german chance of success i'd have
italy utilises their numerical advantage and prepares just a bit better allowing the fall of egypt and access to iraqs oil
maybe spain joins to take gibraltar just to really mess with britain ( though i acknowledge that spain otherwise would just be a long term liability for the axis )
with that done the panzer coorps would have probably been sent to the east and a tank force would have still been going for the centre leading to the fall of moscow before the winter offensive
finland join the siege of leningrad
Murmansk should also fall to limit yet another allied supply hub
Japan will also strike the soviets ( this is suicidal and going to just collapse japan faster long term but we do not care about them )
The soviets could fight without lendlease but american trucks were vital for supply for the offensive meaning the soviet offensive capacities are limited and the numerical advantage cannot be used, perhaps with germany in iraq they can assist the iranians in a defense perhaps even striking south upto the baku oil fields
with italy holding not allowing the allies to do any major damage holding the choke points
the soviets starving and their potential not being able to be utilised
the germans holding the front
the allies being demoralised being unable to do anything this is how i believe germany has a good shot
im not reading that shit, hitler should have built more maus', clearly the wunderwaffe would've won it for them if FDR hadn't been a time traveling hyperborean
like it's milking a dead horse definitely but the graveyard of empires DLC butchered the specific historical matters of iraq to a point its ridiculous
catfish a pdx dev
nah bro they just needed to appease luxembourg and it would have been all fine
true!
urgent
what gives germany an at research speed bonus
where isthe focus
please
Also another interesting alt history idea i had is if britain invaded norway and sweden like they planned to in order to prevent german steel
how 31 august feels:
Kerensky lmao
Good
kurdistan's revolt and its ability to simply inherit the IRQ tag is absolutely ridiculous and it leads to a specific situation where in order to turn communist (which is the only way for iraq, the tag, to even go communist) kurdistan turns to... the iraqi communist party, with an assyrian iraqi leader which had no relation to kurdistan or kurdish politics whatsoever, and if you use commands to turn fascist then they get.. the arab nationalist iraqi politician who was actually hostile towards kurds, as the leader of kurdistan
its absolutely unhinged
i need to become comunist before they capitulate 😭
i cant puppet as a democracy
democracy puppets are ass
the entire focus tree is absolutely filled to the brim with historical catastrophes that scratch the heads of anyone even slightly familiar with iraqi and middle eastern history between 1921-1950
ooo
you usually can win against the americans as they split their navies and dont offer their full force in a naval battle
Meat
You can annex entire nations and release them as puppets.
americans only have like 150 ships left
Yeah the Kurdistan path is... yeah
i cant gotta do autonomus soviet republics
and with the path i took i cant
nvm i can
Goodness save some for yourself
i dont plan to invade american mainland because i dont have that much time
i plan to take hawaii and call it a win
Valid reason
its not only that, its just the absolute most egregious one. like its existence alone also lets pdx to simply not add an iraqi communist focus tree because... this is it? its the kurds? with the iraqi communist leader? huh? and for all intents and purposes it functionally means that the iraqi communist focus tree is actually a singular focus
when i play japan if i capture asia and pacific islands i force the allies to sign a conditional peace with me
i like puppeting lol
kurds had their own socialist leaders and even a short-lived socialist republic with the help of soviet-azeri administrators
what yall suggest to puppet or to annex
eastern europe puppet
True
any state with lots of resources
I am going to free all of the nations in the game and try to make the whole world communist as SOV wish me luck
☭
Of course they could have changed the leader of the communist party earlier on, but yeah they didn't so that's why you end up with the Assyrian guy if you turn communist without doing this focus
i mean o puppeted and did comecon
Clown path
funfact : soviet union has two tags
so my puppets get like -75% freedom from trade
SOV and SOU
i basically can mass produce shit
lent that to them
while taking all their resources lol
is there an achievement for making the entire world communist?
i think i once saw one
i forgo
i fancy doing a german-soviet alliance then betraying germany after the war
if not i guess i will have to be happy with soviet onion so far
should i do it
by who
germany
one more island
booooooo
soviet army is ass
kick the japanese off
he is japan what you mean bro 😭
the issue will be capping the birtish 😭
the germans have moscow and stalingrad
germany wont do that
i beat the germans with the polish army
i can do it with the soviet army
uh
for sure
yeah definitely you can
im getting off i dont have time to invade america and the rest of the allies
yea
germany wont cap the birtish
there is NO way
and ive destroyed most of the american navy
most of the world's countries have now gotten no country for old men
you should have seen the encirclement
wasnt it the ottoman empire
why now is socialist turkish
how tf did you take 20 million casualties
I haven't been fighting
i was about to say
are the borders juicy
assumed u were germany
here's the state of the world
why the ottomans are now turkish cocialist
focus tree
the germans did something to make them ottoman
idk what
but then
you playing w mods or what
the turks did their socialist tree
why are you playing in 1959
i'm letting the game run in the background
like if you turn ottoman with the dlc you cant become turkey again if you become the ottoman empire
oh
none that change game content
L DLC
why did the us just invade all of america
yea
so is vanilla non historical?
bro turks are cool but the ottomans are like better
the us had most of the americas from various wars and eventually i just decided to use the console to annex all of the remaining american countries to them
because i didn't need el salvador with 50000 divisions
So basically that
see
They have been fighting with Athen, Sparta.
They literally where before the Romans…
i investigated
it is bc it was not a continuos empire
or however u spell that
BCE
Before Christ
AC
After Christ
Key Factors
Dynastic Discontinuity: The first great Persian empire, the Achaemenid Empire, lasted about 200 years (550-330 BC) before it was conquered by Alexander the Great. After a period of Greek rule, the region was governed by other Persian dynasties like the Parthians and the Sasanids, but these were distinct political and dynastic entities, not a direct continuation of the original empire.
Definition of "Empire": Lists like the one you mentioned usually measure the life of a single state or political entity. Because the Persian dynasties succeeded each other with interruptions and changes in power, they are often considered separate empires rather than a single continuous one. For example, the Roman Empire is considered a single empire despite its division into East and West.
alexander cooked so bad
Ok the romans shouldn’t count
They split under their own thing
Own leaders, own starts
idk i didnt did that document
how it a waste?
It just add small useless tweaks
i get all dlcs for 20% off
Adds*
That's an excellent follow-up question. The key difference lies in the concept of continuity and the historical reality of the split.
The Roman Empire's Continuity
While the Roman Empire did split, the Eastern half, which later became known as the Byzantine Empire, is considered by most historians to be the direct continuation of the Roman state. Here's why:
Uninterrupted Political Entity: The Eastern Roman Empire continued to exist as a single, sovereign state with its own government, laws, and emperors for over 1,000 years after the fall of the Western Roman Empire in 476 AD. Its capital, Constantinople, remained a center of power and culture.
Self-Identity: The citizens of the Byzantine Empire never called themselves "Byzantines." They considered themselves "Romans" and their empire the Roman Empire. The term "Byzantine" was coined by historians long after the empire's fall to differentiate it from the earlier, Latin-speaking Roman Empire.
Legal and Cultural Legacy: The Eastern Empire preserved and developed Roman law, administration, and traditions. The most famous example is the Code of Justinian, a massive compilation of Roman law that became the basis for legal systems across Europe.
Did you copy and paste…
Kaiserreich
And uhh
Red flood
Maybe even Ice
dlcs not mods
What’s the difference between…?
Yeah but some also use it as Before Christ
BC stands for Before Christ
dlc are the things you buy mods are like versions of the game made by fans and stuff
Adomo Dimini
Thx
AI told me dihydrogen monoxide was dangerous
Well when you do electrolysis, yeah
But otherwise no
Dihydrogen Monoxide is HOH...
H20
Water
Thanks for showing me how to make it….
you basically have the only good ones already
maybe by blood alone and la resistance
No Step Back, Arms Against Tyranny, Man the Guns are the big ones imo
arms against tyranny is also good but if you dont plan to play scandinavia much dont bother
i almost never use the arms market
Muh MIOs
just get the subscription lowkey
I think ultimate bundle gives future dlcs too?
ya mios but those arent really actual content
MIOs, designers, special forces doctrine
they give insane buffs fym
They are mechanics
Cuz i bought it for vic3 and now it gives me future dlcs
Mechanics good
without MIOs you are significantly weaker
When you spend 150pp on a designer
Market is nice
Shame the Czechs got 0 content for selling arms
Aside from the national spirit
I remember when they got a focus tree
Tho back then a lot of ppl played romania
Romania got some content
Like an extra focus or 2
And made the faction swapping easier I think
true montenegro
People grilled me on the PDX Forums for saying that it would be nice if PDX gave WtT buyers something free like a Pacific theater unit or music pack.
Did they not remember we got a Yugo tree rework for free?
No fun allowed
When did you become junior mod again
uhh if today is 6 september then i think 2 days ago? Maybe?
So basically forever
wait ur mod now?!
:D
hi
What if japan go north instead of south
i play uk, france, usa, germany, soviets and italy
all the main ones
why spend half the bundle for 2
when i could spend 100 for 12
Up to u
alr
average eu4 lategame world
no
but its best if you do the trotskyist civil war then do the autonomous soviet republics focus
then i believe u only have to conquer finland
Anybody got any neat suggested graphics mods (that are ironman compat)?
astizels map
I think its time for all of us to do our math homework
i have science homework but im too busy playing as fr*nce
what a shame
What topic
France*
just rate of change stuff

dy/dx?
yeah i need to learn how to be a good cook
im gonna fail the math test
Thats science??
Oh
Meth

one sec lemme do that
💀
Genz is doomed
im gen x
Ur 40s?
yeah I tried on my own and got it wrong
im doomed
What did u get
.8
💀
^^^
senior citizen alert
maybe I should do it on paper instead of in my head
As in ur in ur 40s???
See if u get -2
bro my parents are gen X
ok
@trim pike -2 is correct but I need to get the answer on my own
U tried the method I told u right
ill wipe your memory so you can do it yourself
yeah but ima do it on paper now
thanks
but are you actually gen X
ok unc
average rate of change = average slope
so just find the slope between the two points
do I just plug both into the equation as x
Oh i thought u knew how to do that when i said get the y values….
I did
I was just specifying
yeah my days of just going into a test without studying are big over
me
Why
hearts of anime
idk I hope my teacher lets us use not cards
How old are u
As in
What sch
Secondary
Or
Junior college
Primary maybe?
what country are you from
graphing this is too much effort
lmao
Uhh why
so I can put it in your terms
any good divisions for iraq?
secondary then
@trim pike I did the problem
what did you get
-2
good
Yea
im doomed if he doesnt let us use notes
just memorize the formula
I mean this isnt hard but other stuff is
what is sec school considered in USA terms
7-10th
oh i see
Do u want some easy calculus problems
Im doing some rn
well we have middle school
no idea if i can solve them but sure
and senior high school
calculus is difficult
im taking calculus next year (its over)
Integrate (1-sin^2(x))
i messed up my angle rule already
hint: maybe dont immediately start integrating
hello yalls
Hey
instructions unclear, integration started immediately
now instead of me trying to say sin^2x = sin2x, let's do it correctly
(1 - sin^2x = -(1/2)(cos2x))
soo we just integrate this normally and get -(1/4)(sin2x) + C
am i wrong
hi
hi chemist and tied
i hate math
me too
49 + 18 is so tuff
im bored
that was not a "simple" calculus problem bro
there's no way i remember trig identities
bro im in algebra 1
8th grade
Correct
lowkey learn the calc derivatives and you can bruteforce all of algebra 1
That was trig identities
need to find a midpoint? take the derivative and set it to 0
hey chemist
Then integrate
you're in 8th grade bro?
yeah my trig identities are cooked
yeah bro its so tuff
Its simple because its more trig than calc
what kinds or types of units and templates can i add to any hoi4 mod?
i originally did sin^2x = 2sinxcosx but that's actually sin2x not sin^2x
that's why i said u = cosx initially
I was in that in 8th or at least an equivalent
the calc is easy the trig is hard
why are we sinning
My school has booklet for all formulas and identities
because sinning is peak
no formula sheet in my calc class
my mom somehow took geometry in 8th
so did i
Basic trig identities basic calc substitutions basic formulas
next question
Its really helpful irl when i solve stuff
Am i ur math qn bank now 💀
yes
Give me a sec
Have u done ode
do i have news for you
yes
see like idk what that means
Ok if u havent u might wanna get paper for this
why cant we have standardized math course names
if i can't do math in my head it isn't real
personally i suck at geometry dash
so i would fail this class
me too
i cant even beat clutterfunk
(cos x)dy/dx + y sin x = cos^2 x
what the hell is a chord
i was like 1% away from getting a easy demon
ecuador?
bernoulli my beloved
i have 98% on the nightmare
Solve this ode
ok i might actually not remember how to bernoulli
Want a hint
thats my bet on where youre from all in fr
integrating factor is e^[integral of (some function)dx] right
you're close
oh ok
just calc me
you can do this focus while having a monarchy
😭
least low effort paradox dlc
guys what is 83 - 60 + 32 - 56 + 1 + 20 + 30 + 11 + 1 + 5
6 7

six sept
ok one hint to remember that the left side is a product rule later...
ycos(x) = int[[1 + cos(2x) / 2]dx]
ycos(x) = 1/4(1 + sin(2x)) + C
y = [1 + sin(2x)]/[4cosx] + C1
whats a cos
hmm this a pickle
Its 1/sec(x)
Wrong
Well idk might be right but theres a simpler form
what's the simpler form
im cooked
can't simplify that which means i got it wrong
and i am considering 2 fractions = less simple than 1 fraction
cause the other equivalent is 0.25secx + 0.5sinx + C1
ive been beefing up for germany
skilissu
and the communists revolted
yeah you gotta keep that balance of power
i did EVERYTHING i could to bring stability back up
i have only played france like never
and its alr 1939
so
im so cooked
probably harder than im making it sound
gg
u want the ans
yeah
no i mean after integration factor
oh
it's product rule with respect to what var
i just switched to portugal
after that ur left side becomes dy(integrating factor here)/dx
are we talking about the nintendo ds
god bless portugal
which basically after integrating turns into y (integrating factor)
ok backtracking time
its not that hard ur probably overthinking
rebrand to math general fr
it's cause i refuse to grab paper
sorry I made it math
and remeber that the middle term evaporates bcs of some stuff that will take me too long to explain
u need paper 💀
nahh
paper is big deal in math
in a specific location too
!ban @gusty oracle
oh you know
i did not divide to get y'
that'd be a bit of a problem for my integrating factor huh
why was he banned
its a joke
in your dreams
im still here
hes too sigma
thats not actual ban cmd
you just got played bro
also i gtg
rest in peace
!mute @opal citrus 67h
no please dont go
i have a gif for this but it would prob get me banned
try to solve it ill be back in less than an hr
then dont post it
too bad.
y'cosx + ysinx = cos^2x
y' + ytanx = ycosx
mu = e^tanxdx = secx
(ysecx)'dx = dx
ysecx = x + C
y = xcosx + C1
Calculus support I see
im starving
nah i straight up forgot to divide by cosx (to get y') that's why i got the funky answer
when will you use ts in the real world gng
are u a mathmetician]
oh ts is real
there's some unreal shit later on
like
they be out here making you invent math
that ain't real
my mom took business calcus II
real analysis aint real bro
shes seen everything
business calc is a lie
its 12:56
i agree with e
Get food
put in the steps bro
im not on central standard
Use a fishing hook
real
bro my stairs look like that one roblox game that albertstuff kept getting sent to
Normal food acquisition methods
ts is what my stairs look like rn
also its raining rlly bad
this is a recipe for epstein to get me when i get to my donuts
hes been dead for a minute
no hes alive i saw him at whataburger the other day
Yes
Wrong
U forgot to multiply the cos into the c lmao
i said C1
Cos is not linear so it changes c
No
pfft you'er right
guys this commentator is so frigging dank
If cos x times a constant is not a constant
Differential equations I see?
though i still maintain it's constant for any singularly evaluated value of x
I've never been to whataburger
Say you integrate y with respect to dx or something
are yall like albert enstein and aristotle debating math rn
more like albert and einstein
whos play dougggggh
