We play with only some mods, rt56, spot optimization, more division icons, sooo optimization and player lead peace conferences. We both have a decent computer, mine is slightly better than his. But whenever we play mp and I host he is just always behind. Yesterday we could do speed 4 until 1939 after that speed 3 was even toofast. Ok, so now this solution is pretty much gonna work without launcher because many guys are facing the issue but there is no tech support, steps are pretty much simple if you are able to dothem;
- Go to "documents/paradox interactive/Hoi4"
- Locate the "dlc_load.json" file
- Open it and edit it to

4. Don't forget to change %modname% to your corresponding mod
Note: this way you will be able to run mods, i mean multiple mods, but the launcher is not fixed in these steps
