Hey guys, a friend of mine has been having issues with multiplayer, basically he constantly lags behind, stays on random dates for a long time so it's impossible for him to play the game in multiplayer, he has reinstalled 2 times, checked his firewall, played with and without mods, but all to no avail

Why does my hoi4 keep on crashing

Anyone ever have the issue where the mods do not load despite them being downloaded and set up properly.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and even have done a complete fresh install of the game and the workshop. It happens with every mod. When they are loaded up the game loads up as Vanilla. This happened recently out of nowhere after about 1900 hours. I have browsed forums and to no prevail I can not get the game to load anything other than vanilla.

I have a problem which did not happen before, I get weird flickering graphic glitch that goes around and around, originating from a certain point. It looks like polygons going haywire or something.
It happens only during war and gets worse the bigger the war is.
It comes in different colours of blue but lately it's also red and black.

The mod is Road to 56, which didn't used to be a problem. I've reinstalled the game, heat is Ok, not sure what the issue is. It's been like this for months and somehow it gets worse. Updated Nvidia driver some days ago.

you may have to uninstall and reinstall the mod to check if its updated to the latest

I’ve had a problem for about a year now where whenever I open hoi4, it will load until almost halfway before telling me that there was some sort of error (I’m sure it says something like “Error has been logged in error.log” and it said something about maps) but I’m not sure how to fix it. I’ve disabled all mods (including dlc), cleared user directory, reinstalled it and even deleted every trace of it I could find and reinstalled it, but it still doesn’t work. Anyone know how to fix it?
