The Easiest way would be to disable all other songs, that can be done by disabling all other Music Packs and then manually clicking the x button on the songs you don't want to hear

I am having trouble starting Hoi4.

Every time I try a certain method, I delete the launcher and Hoi4 to reset the situation, and I have also tried deleting the launcher and Hoi4 both by deleting the files from local and by uninstalling from the Windows app list.

When I open the Hoi4 program file in explorer with administrator privileges, or when I start Hoi4 with Steam's options to not go through the launcher, Hoi4 starts up for a moment, but then immediately disappears from the task manager.

When I tried to launch Hoi4 from Steam and via the launcher, Hoi4 would load for a few hours. The launcher stays in the loading screen for several hours and the situation does not improve. (I've also tried launching steam with admin rights)

Map Error Issues

If there are issues with your world map (country borders not showing up or colours not showing) you will need to clear your game's cache.To clear the Cache, close your game and relaunch it. In the Paradox Launcher, click GAME SETTINGS on the left menu, and then scroll all the way down until you see the Game section at the bottom, and select the CLEAR USER DIRECTORY.

This should help solve the issue when you fully launch the game.

Verify File Integrity

To verify your file integrity on Steam, right click the game in your Library, and go to Properties. In the Menu that pops up, select LOCAL FILES and there should be a button that you can select named VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES.

Once you select that, let it verify all the files and you should be able to relaunch the game.
