The reason it can’t use more is because a CPU isn’t a single giant pipe, but rather like a lot of small pipes. A CPU has ‘threads’, which are the pipes. HOI4 can only fully utilise one pipe at a time, and the others just partially. This is because of a multitude of reasons.

I got a horrible crash with hoi4. I cannot continue my netherlands campaign. I annexed indonesia and belgium. Meaning i got lots of overseas terretories. So i have build lots of convoys. However. When opening the campaign today i got this.:

When i press spacebar or continue to time. The game crashes.

I think its due to having -221 convoys. And the game cant handle that i think. I dont know why i got -221

Is there a place or way where i can report is as detailed as possible?

FPS isn't how HOI4 speed works. It's associated with speed, however the main determiner of speed is hours/second which will often ignore FPS

I found out that draining soviets of equipment is the best way to deal with them

I make 3 division type which are motorized, infantry and tanks, and I make them 30+ width

He tried his best to clear every single file, I dont know if he succeded he may have skipped some places but he tried clean installs multiple times

hey im kinda having a problem on hoi4. im trying to play with my friend on multiplayer, vanilla, and it keeps crashing. i went to my crash reports and it said this:

Have you restarted your PC yet?

If you have done that and it doesn't work, try this.

Open control panel
Click on Uninstall a Program
Scroll down to Paradox Launcher V2
Click Uninstall
Try to run the game again
