Subs are pretty much useless compared to building a decent patrol fleet. You only really need converted bb's and torpedo dd's for functioning patrol fleet

During peace conference you can also take enemies navy if you have that dlc

if you really want subs just do like half and half

subs are bad though

theyre only usable in sea connections that the ai is forced through like if you cna hit panama + the atlantic narrows for example

and also it needs to be deep ocean

so if youre in like europe, none of the seas even work for them really

I want to get a monarch in the usa when I play as UK. Soon as possible.
I tried it few times to finish it in 1938.
But I failed at this point:
Too less troops, can´t get enough points and my border is messed.
Or too less guns (last run with -38k) and stucked.

I try to find a good way to get usa as a puppet in 1938.
I normally used 7/2 for attacking and w10 with INF for fill up.

When someone want to try it and found a good solution to puppet usa (1937-38). :)

if you annex a state with a lot of fuel in it, you will get nearly nothing from it if you don’t have double or tripple collaborations in the enemy country

u can buy from puppets

u get more recources from puppets with ur civ compared to random countries

u can also build infra and so on in the state of ur puppet so u can buy more
