hp is how much damage a unit can take, and since stat losses are per 10% strenght lost, divisions greatly benefit in battle from higher hp and consistently lose less

you need to focus on getting ahead of time gun technology, deploying these in large amounts, and creating large-size divisions such as special forces, that are equipped with these new weapons, are not overstacking supply/attritioning and are under a reasonable general

I'm in a war right now, and I don't have enough divisions to fill the frontlines, and I'm 40 thousand guns in debt, with 9% stability (So my factories produces like.. 2 guns per decade), and I don't know what to do, because I move troops from the front to go and deal with an invasion to the south, and then I get pushed in the east, and so I have to send the troops back, which just repeats the cycle.

Anybody know what to do in this situation?

Well..

Poland went into a civilwar, and they was losing to the Communists, which I didn't like, because they would eventually turn on me, and so I joined the civilwar on the side of the Polish government, and when the communists was at 99% capitulation, they joined the Allies last second, which brought me into a war with the UK, and a bunch of others, and then Soviet Russia went into a civilwar, and I thought that they would lose, but the civilwar didn't go anywhere, and I knew that the Soviet Union would just outproduce the rebels and crush them, and then turn onto me, and so I joined the war against the Soviet Union while they was still in a Civilwar, I pushed them back, and then the Hungarian front started to fail because my useless Czeck ally can't do anything, I brought some troops from the eastern front to go and destroy Hungary (Which failed, but I did gain some land), and then they starting to make a push into the center of Poland, and so I had to send the troops back, this repeated 3 times, and now I'm here.

(I do have air superiority though in any region that I want it in, just not across the entire front).

If I'm being honest here.

The war against the Soviet Union was a rushed decision.

Because the 24 divisions that I had was extremely good divisions, that over-ran anybody within a matter of seconds, but I didn't think that I would go into an all out war that quickly.

(And I also assumed that my Czeck ally wouldn't somehow lose to Hungray, when they literally have mountains to defend themselves with).

I only play small countries with small focus trees because playing a big country like germany is extremely overwhelming

Playing big nations teaches you a lot, because managing a multiple front war against stronger opponnents than you is normal as a major nation.

With smaller nations, although they're technically weaker, is much easier to defend with, because there's less going on.

And besides, going under pressure is always a great thing to learn (I would first play Germany a bit, and then attempt to survive Barbarossa as the Soviet Union and push them back to Berlin), even playing as the Chinese & Japanese teaches you a lot too.

whenever I played as germany I was always going for prussian legacy and I tried 2 times now going for panzer doctrine but its just bad, even if at the very start you research medium tank chassis you will get it in late 1937 and even then you won't be able to produce enough medium tanks, SP and flame company to fill the divisions requirements even with most mils assigned to their production, which on top also creates another problem of not making enough support and infantry equipment to get at least 7 armies, what Im doing wrong?
