To change the Union State to the Confederate States

I want them to just secede during the standoff crisis, and I want them to not join the civil war

The winner of the civil war will then have the opportunity to invade the south

In the meantime the CSA will have the possibility to grab land from Mexico and to invade Cuba, and fix Black Monday and internal instability

As for the states joining them, I thought to give them their 1861 states minus West Virginia, and with the possibility to gain Missouri, Kentucky, West Virginia, Oklahoma and some other bits during the war

Ok so, I downloaded the mod, Millennium Dawn for HOI4, and as soon as I select my country, and choose my game options and start loading up the game, halfway through loading HOI4 crashes me to desktop, does anyone know what a possible cause of this is or a way to fix it?

i had the same issue when I was using the version from the paradox website, make sure your using the steam workshop version and make sure everything is updated @remote hazel

This strongly implies a missing closing bracket to me. Looking at the screenshot either your indentation is off or you are missing a closing braket for the ai_will_do

oh, then be careful, i'm not really too much into map modding but by logic i think you should go to the file of the new state and add the provinces you want in there, remove them from the other state they are in right now and then add your victory point

just remember that when setting a capital, the victory point with the most value is the capital
