ok, im still facing the same issue, everytime i load the game, it doesn't read this. it keeps coming up as democratic, but then next election always says never, and the popularitys are never read

ive tried earanging it in any way i could think of to get it to work.. but nothing seems to

Im having a really weird bug, so I created a bunch of ideas and assigned them to focuses, im playing the game in debug mode and everything is fine, the ideas show up in the focuses.
But everytime I restart the game (even when its not in debug mode), almost all the ideas I created, aswell as a single idea I just modified from the base game, just disappear from the focuses, it shows "ERROR: IDEA NOT FOUND" or something, even after I reload.
But then, whenever I go to the focus file, and just erase the idea from the SWAP ADD = (idea), save, then add the same idea again, everything goes back to normal.
Its really weird and I have no idea why it happens.

i wanna make a mod but i dont know what to make it about

idk if i want it to be from a different period in time or to be alt history or whatever

i wouldnt reccomend using a map of the entire world. its generally oversimplified and inaccurate, i would use a lot of sources for a general region and try and get an accurate border (eg a map of iberia, map of the british isles, map of the baltics etc)

and combine those. if you're not sure about something or get any overlaps/discrepancies, use multiple sources and see if there are any that are really different compared to the other.

theres a province with the same id as the one you're trying to use

so use one thats not taken

Well, I suppose the most work has been done on Germany and the USSR, however all countries are effected by several changes. You can read more in the description, it's not that long. Also, it will probably work best with human players on the major countries. I am in the phase of reducing the AI's abilities, but I haven't released that update yet.

Oh, mb. It's supposed to be "Non-existent air doctrine". It's there to facilitate AC flexability, so you don't need ONE person to AC for each faction, you can have, say, both Italy and Germany do AC.
