Remove the relative position id line
State IDs don't change, they only get added to. So check the dates the files in the vanilla states folder were modified and you can see what was added in the 1.14

the only thing that is stopping me from progressing right now are scripted peace deals and the mission.
the decision exists, it is in it's own category as well, but it says that it is an invalid ID

You need to write both the normal and shine version in the interface file. The shine version is needed because it glows when focus is available. If you don't write the shine one, it looks like in the picture you send.

Delete the .dds at the end and add GFX_ at the beginning
However, it doesn't always work to look up the focus icons in the gfx file, enter the file name and add GFX_ at the beginning because it may be written with a different name in the interface file. So you need to check the icon in interface > goal.gfx with the name in the file
how do I make it so the mission will be completed when greece is NOT at war with turkey?
currently the mission just automaticly succeeds when at war with turkey
In missions, available is a completion requirement, so you need to write NOT = { has_war_with = TUR } in the available. Also, you don't need to write original_tag = GRE

You can add spaces from the game's localization file, but I don't know if this affects the decisions, you can also write it manually using custom_trigger_tooltip

All 3 will do the job. If it were me, I would do on_actions when the Turk wins and event when the Greek wins. You can also trigger event with on_actions when Turkey wins
I've already got the events ready and prepared.
I currently have 3 events regarding the Greco-Turkish war
Event "gre.9"
Greek Victory.
Currently it puppets the turks ( I will change that so it's a white peace and Greece finalizes the Megali Idea)
and then make the turks go into a civil war.
Event "gre.10"
Turkish Victory
it currently makes it so Turkey gets control of Western Thrace and the Ionian Coast
Plus the Ionian Islands
and
Event "gre.11"
A Stalemate (Turkish Victory)
same thing as the above happens but they don't get the ionian islands.
I think it is possible for me to implement all those into 1 single mission

You can use on_state_control_changed on_action for this. In the limit, you write the states that the Greek shouldn't control and when the Greek doesn't control all of them, you trigger the event that the Turkish wins.

If you are using vanilla states, Istanbul's id is 797 so you need to change that part, you don't need to do anything else

Yes, you did it right, but as I said, you better add the flag that comes during this battle to the trigger part, otherwise this can be triggered even in a normal war. If you want it to be triggered in normal battles, there is no need

Idk the name for the others but its the same as replacing the non dlc loading screens, you just add your own file with the same name
any reason as of why the first focuses have no icon? only things for icons i added were my own
You need to define your custom icons in an interface file
and a shine file
copy code from interface/goals.gfx and interface/goals_shine.gfx and put your own stuff there

for some reason all National Spirit Icons (even those with an already existing Idea icon that is in the Game files itself) ain't showing up

Hello, I'm currently in the process of creating a communist focus path for Germany and am modifying an existing mod. The only problem is that the AI decision does not appear in the selection of AI for Germany. I rewrote the attached file as in the associated modding wiki and put it in the correct folders with correct names. But the option just does not want to appear.

What is the criteria? What are you going to check for?
After testing, I don't think it is possible to dynamically check for a province much less change its victory points. As far as I can tell adding victory points would need the specific id. Depending on what you're doing you might be able to increase it manually.

Decision or event needs to be repeatable since aces die on a regular basis

Dynamic state renaming is a lot more complicated than that, I'd suggest reverse engineering it from one of the many workshop mods that do it

The company you show in the game is the military industrial organizations(MIO) that come with the AAT, their file is different. The ones you edited are the old companies that those who don't have the AAT dlc see
