You can't do that in Notepad++, so I'd recommend either using Visual Studio Code or copying a vanilla file into your mod, changing the name, then adding your content into it

I'm stuck on what determines the order for what modifiers show up in the tooltip. at some point I thought it was dependant of the order of the localization keys.
But after checking this tooltip it doesn't seem to be the case. Is it just hardcoded? Or is there some other thing that determines the order?

i tried to import the CW;IC flag overlay to the base game and this is how it turned out, i went onto skymods and downloaded the zip file, and took the flag_overlay DDS file and flag_overlay_small DDS file into the base game files, can anyone help me find out how to fix this?
my only solution is import the entire CWI:C ui to the base game but i've never done that before so idk how hard it is

You pause and also use focus.autocomplete to complete the focus without affecting AI because you disable it immediately after
