Mines are banned.
No space marines.
Logistic Striking is Banned
You can't have your fleets on missions in regions where you don't have range.
Max 24 Paratrooper Divisions.
Max FORT level is 6.
Special forces doctrine on paratroopers is banned and tanks can’t be used in paratrooper templates.
Deleting encircled divisions is banned. Overlords Must always call all puppets to war.
Only France Can have Divisions in mainland Europe until France capitulates.
Can't give docking rights, military access and licenses to players on the opposite faction.
USA: cannot join Allies before 1942 or it gets attacked by JAP, cannot start a war against JAP.
UK: can declare on Iraq via focus since 1939, has to guarantee Poland in 1939. Cannot Disband Allies faction.
SOV: can declare on GER from 1941, cannot disband Comintern. Can’t Capitulate Finland before 1941 July.
FRA: Can hold mainland only for 6 months after Germany has declared on Poland. Ireland is annexed to France after 6 months.
